We’re serious about sharing in Avixi’s successes. We match up to 3.5% of a team member’s annual salary in 401(K) (US). We’re also dedicated to ensuring all employees have the information they need to do their jobs well. We offer internal training as well education reimbursement of $5k toward the program of their choice.
